The Sumter County Board of Commissioners will have a public forum on Thursday, September 26, 2013 beginning at 6:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM at the Sumter County Courthouse in Courtroom A on the second floor of the Courthouse located at 500 West Lamar Street to discuss Sumter County Government. Questions from the public can be submitted in advance to the county clerk via email at rfloyd@sumtercountyga.us or mailed to P.O. Box 295; Americus, GA 31709. Questions can also be hand delivered to the Sumter County Board of Commissioners office at 500 West Lamar Street; Suite 100; Americus, GA 31709. Any questions submitted in advance, need to be submitted by 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2013. The Board will also discuss any other items that the Board deems appropriate.
