PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing is scheduled for November 16, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sumter County Courthouse, Board Room, 500 West Lamar Street, Americus, Georgia with the Zoning Board of Appeals for the purpose of receiving citizens input and comments to discuss the following request:
2017-V11-145: To consider a request from Jimmy L. Holley, Executor of Estate of Lottie Jane Holley for a variance request to exempt a home with 2.5 acre tract from a 16.1 acre tract located at 594 District Line Road, Americus, Georgia. This property is zoned RR.
