A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Sumter County Courthouse, Board Room, 500 West Lamar Street, Americus, Georgia with the Zoning Board of Appeals for the purpose of receiving citizens input and comments to discuss the following request:

2020-V04-162: To consider a request from Clifford and Dianne Church to vary the front set back from 40’ to 36’ and vary the left setback from 20’ to 11’ to build a 50’ X 25’ garage located at 129 Riverside Drive, Cobb, Georgia. This property is identified as parcel number 1527-151A-52 and is located in a Lake Single Family Residential District (R-1L).
